How my journey began

Since 2008, Kelly has been working her magic with all thing’s hair!  She is the owner of Hair by Kelly Rockwall working out of Legacy Salons & Day Spa in Rockwall, Texas.

Kelly has spent years perfecting her craft and working to understand what her clients want. Being open minded and willing to create outside the box has served her well. If it can be done while keeping her client’s hair healthy, she is here for it!! Her specialty is blondes and balayage but rest assured that she is a hair magician with anyone that sits in front of her. Kelly also works with HALOCOUTURE Extensions as a distributor. After owning her own 14-inch balayage, layered HALO, she fell in love with it! She loved how natural the HALO looked and the flexibility it provided. HALOCOUTURE is a salon exclusive brand and Kelly is so happy to be a part of this wonderful product! It is a great, healthy alternative to other extension types. A HALO will change your “hair game” in the best way!!

“It is a true passion of mine to make everyone that graces my chair feel the best they ever have.  It makes me feel so good when I hear from a client that they’ve never felt more beautiful!  A good cut, color, and style tends to do just that” says Kelly.

Kelly is married to her supportive husband Jeffery and they are raising three beautiful children together. While hair stylist is her professional title, her most coveted title is nothing more than Mom! Kelly stays busy attending her kids sporting and school events. “Being able to schedule my days around important events that my children are participating in is one perk of this business,” Kelly said. Family is everything to her and she tries to maintain a healthy work/life balance that keeps everybody happy.
